alhamdulillah. ujan hr ni. smalam satu hari panas. idung aku bdarah lg smalam. doc kata mang dia akan bleeding balik in few weeks nih. so kena banyak minum air n berehat byk2. hari ni aku bersyukur sangat sbb ujan dr pagi. ujan means sejuk dan tak panas. jadi kemungkinan ari ni idung aku tak berdarah lagi la.

pg td dok melepek dpn tv tgk tv1 sambutan maulidur rasul. pastu maid mak aku ni wat meegoreng. lapau pulak pg2 ni. tambah ngan ujan2 ni. layan tdo pon best gak. tp aku rasa its enuf of sleeping. dah 2 3 malam aku out awal. kul 9 dah out. kul 10 dah out. ada skali tu kul 8 aku dah out. mcm la keje sawah padi penat nau. hahaha

skang aku dah mandi. mak aku tgh tgk tv3, whi. fav cite dia hari2 mesti nak tgk.aku pon nak wat mende la lagi kan selain tenet nih. baca emel. sesambil bukak facebook. check ctbank. utang banyak seh. adei....slow2 kayuh ye. insyaAllah target aku tahun ni nak close at least 2 credit card. kalu ade rezeki. rezeki baby kan. sapa tau..

ni tgh baca emel. tahun lepas punya emel la pe lagi. aku kan penyimpan emel2 terbanyak sedunia. kui2.letih nak baca. tp emel yg ni cought my attention. just to share with you guys...harap2 pas ni kita lebih aware yep.

1) Polyethylene terephalate (PET)
2) High density polyethylene (HDPE)
3) Unplasticised polyvinyl chloride (UPVC) or Plasticised polyvinyl chloride (PPVC)
4) Low density polyethylene LDPE
5) Polypropylene (PP)
6) Polystyrene (PS) or Expandable polystyrene (EPS)
7) Other, including nylon and acrylic

What you aren't told is that many of the plastics used are toxic and the chemicals used to create a plastic can leach out of the plastic and into the food / drink.

Think about it, how many times have you or a friend said "I don't like this, it taste like the plastic bottle ..... "

THAT'S BECAUSE YOU ARE TASTING THE PLASTIC

DO NOT USE THESE NUMBERS if stated at the bottom of the bottle) !!!
